PickAI Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Version 1.0
These terms apply when you use PickAI (https://pickai-a3i.pages.dev), which is run from Malaysia by PickAI (“PickAI”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at leeyongwei210084@gmail.com. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. This English version and the Bahasa Melayu version have the same meaning. The Chinese version is provided for convenience.
1. What PickAI is
- PickAI is a free information service that suggests AI tools for specific tasks. Our picks are editorial opinions based on our own research. They are not professional, legal, financial or security advice.
- We do not sell, operate or support the tools we list. Your use of any tool is between you and its provider, under the provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
- Prices, free limits and features can change at any time. The provider’s official website is always the authority. We check information against official sites and show the date it was last checked. Anything we have not yet confirmed is marked “To be verified”.
- Before you rely on a tool for important work, or give it confidential or personal data, check its official site, terms and privacy policy yourself.
2. How we make money, and our independence
- Rankings are never paid. No provider can pay for a ranking, a top-3 pick or editorial content.
- Affiliate links. Some links are affiliate links, marked “Affiliate link” next to them. If you sign up or buy through one, PickAI may earn a commission. It does not cost you more. Affiliate coupon codes shown on the site (for example a new-user discount code) are also part of an affiliate arrangement, and PickAI may earn a commission when you use them. The offer itself is set by the provider and may change or end.
- Sponsored placements. Sponsors can pay for clearly separate placements, which are always labelled “Sponsored”. Sponsor highlights are supplied by the sponsor and reviewed by us, but the sponsor is responsible for its own claims. Sponsorship does not change rankings or picks.
- Affiliate and sponsored links use
rel="sponsored".
3. Comments and other content you send us
When you post a comment or send us feedback or an application, you must not post or send anything that:
- is unlawful under Malaysian law, or defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene or misleading;
- infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- contains personal data about other people, or your own contact details (comments are public);
- is spam or advertising, contains links (links are blocked in comments), or impersonates another person or company;
- contains malware, or tries to get around our anti-spam measures, rate limits or security.
Our right to remove. We may refuse, hide, edit or delete any comment, and limit or block posting, at our discretion and without notice, especially when content breaks these rules. We do not check every comment before it appears. Comments are the opinions of their authors, not of PickAI.
Licence. You keep the rights to what you write. By posting a comment, you allow PickAI to display, store, reproduce and translate it on the site, free of charge, for as long as it is displayed. You can ask us to delete your comment at any time (see the Privacy Policy). By sending feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the site without payment or obligation to you.
Reporting. To report a comment or ask for one of your own to be deleted, email leeyongwei210084@gmail.com with the page, nickname and text.
4. Intellectual property
- The site’s text, scenario write-ups, comparisons, selection and arrangement, design and code are owned by PickAI or its licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act 1987 and other laws. You may read, share links to and quote short parts with credit and a link to PickAI. You may not copy, republish or scrape substantial parts of the site, or use them to build a competing service, without our written permission.
- Tool names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the tools. This does not mean the owners endorse PickAI, unless we say a tool is a partner.
- If you believe something on PickAI infringes your rights, email us with details and we will review it promptly.
5. External links
PickAI links to many third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, prices, security or privacy practices. Opening a link takes you off our site.
6. No warranty
We work hard to keep PickAI accurate, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it is complete, accurate, up to date, uninterrupted or error-free, or that any tool is suitable for your purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- PickAI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, from any third-party tool or website, from purchases you make with providers, or from comments posted by other users.
- PickAI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to RM100 or, for a sponsor, the fee paid for the sponsorship concerned.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, or our liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Sponsors
Sponsorship applications are reviewed by us and may be declined. Applying costs nothing. If an application is accepted, the slot, dates, price and payment (by Stripe Payment Link) are confirmed by email and follow the rules shown on the /advertise/ page. A sponsor must have the rights to the name, logo and claims it provides, and must not provide false or misleading claims.
9. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time. We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and if a change is significant we will announce it on the site. If you keep using the site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not take away any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
